Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain integrated project and production schedules to support customer delivery requirements.
Coordinate production, procurement, inventory, and logistics activities to ensure schedule adherence.
Monitor schedule performance and proactively identify risks, delays, and resource constraints.
Manage capacity planning activities and recommend adjustments to support demand fluctuations.
Analyze production, inventory, and supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics for management review.
Generate weekly and monthly reports on production performance, inventory levels, schedule attainment, material shortages, and operational KPIs.
Support business decisions through detailed data analysis and forecasting models.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Project Planning, Production Planning, Master Scheduling, or Supply Chain Planning.
Proven experience developing and maintaining production schedules in a manufacturing environment.
Strong background in demand planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and material forecasting.
Demonstrated experience analyzing large datasets and transforming data into actionable business insights.
Extensive experience creating reports, dashboards, KPIs, and management presentations.
Experience supporting executive decision-making through data analysis and performance reporting.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred.
PMP certification is a plus.
