About the role

  • Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of Cognira’s platforms, including PromoAI.
  • Validate and analyze forecast metrics across promotion hierarchies.
  • Detect metric discrepancies, analyze mismatch propagation, and visualize trends via dashboards.
  • Modernize the UI automation framework for scalability, configurability, and stability.
  • Integrate with CI/CD pipelines, optimize execution speed, and migrate test assets.
  • Build user-facing platforms and intelligent tools for employees and developers.
  • Centralize HR functions such as performance tracking, engagement, and analytics.
  • Analyze and improve the Codebase Dependency Analyzer Tool for visualizing component dependencies.

Requirements

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization
  • Excellent academics in Comp. Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Research, or a related field
  • If you've got a bit of retail industry knowledge, it's like having an extra ace up your sleeve!
