Business Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation for project workflows and related system processes
- Gather and refine business requirements, supporting Agile delivery teams, and ensuring alignment between CMS processes, system functionality, and user needs
- Support analysis of workflows, data structures, and user interactions to ensure accurate and effective system implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments
- Familiarity with healthcare systems, MES/MESH workflows, or CMS-related processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and test validation activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data and process accuracy
