About the role
- You will take responsibility for an assigned sales territory and develop it strategically.
- You expand existing customer relationships and persuade new business partners of our solutions.
- You identify prospective customers and schedule targeted consultation meetings — in person or digitally.
- You are the point of contact for your customers at every stage.
Requirements
- Completed commercial/business training or an equivalent qualification.
- Initial sales experience in B2B — ideally with a focus on complex or technical products or services that require explanation.
- Persuasive communication skills and a confident, personable demeanor.
- Structured and goal-oriented working style, combined with a high level of self-initiative.
- Business-fluent German language skills, both spoken and written.
- Class B driving license and willingness to travel within the sales territory.
