About the role
- Analyze and monitor operating cost structures and profit development
- Prepare monthly reports and forecasts and support the budgeting process
- Assist with quarterly and year-end financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS in collaboration with external partners
- Conduct profitability analyses, particularly for complex sales projects
- Contribute to the further development of existing controlling tools and processes
- Work closely with financial accounting and provide regular reporting to senior management
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a controlling environment
- Confident user of MS Office; experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Structured and independent working style, with strong analytical skills
- Team player with strong communication skills and a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
