About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively plan, coordinate, and manage projects in the area of requirements and project management
Keep track of deadlines, budgets, and project objectives, and proactively manage risks
Support clients, conduct project meetings, and align requirements and project progress
Coordinate collaboration between clients and internal departments
Analyze and optimize existing processes and support the further development of project management standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in project management and/or client services (ideally in the banking or debt-collection environment)
Solid knowledge of project and requirements management and experience with project management tools and CRM systems
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a structured, solution-oriented working style
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
