About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build scoped application components: tables, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and Agent/UI Builder workspaces for NOC agents.
  • Write integrations against documented contracts: REST, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.
  • Test your own work with ATF, fix what review finds, and keep update sets and commits clean.
  • Help the migration: move ticket data and workflows onto ServiceNow.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in software development with hands-on ServiceNow build experience.
  • Server-side and client-side JavaScript on ServiceNow: Glide APIs, business rules, and script includes.
  • Flow Designer, and at least one shipped REST or IntegrationHub integration.
  • Comfortable in a scoped application and with update sets or source control.
  • Certifications: CSA — Certified System Administrator, CAD — Certified Application Developer (or in progress).
