About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for complex software and development projects, ensuring objectives, quality, timelines, budgets and risk management.
  • Create transparency around requirements, scope, priorities, dependencies and decision needs.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for clients, development teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate multiple projects in parallel while taking business objectives into account.
  • Identify risks, conflicting objectives and change needs early and implement appropriate measures.
  • Build long-term client relationships and take responsibility for project controlling and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience independently managing software or technical development projects in a client-facing environment.
  • Technical background in software development, electrical engineering or a comparable engineering discipline.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and diverse stakeholders concurrently.
  • Courage, discipline and a high degree of personal responsibility.
  • Clear, decisive communication with clients, development teams and management.
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
