Senior Project Manager – Industrial Software Projects

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for complex software and development projects, ensuring objectives, quality, timelines, budgets and risk management.
- Create transparency around requirements, scope, priorities, dependencies and decision needs.
- Serve as the central point of contact for clients, development teams and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate multiple projects in parallel while taking business objectives into account.
- Identify risks, conflicting objectives and change needs early and implement appropriate measures.
- Build long-term client relationships and take responsibility for project controlling and reporting.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience independently managing software or technical development projects in a client-facing environment.
- Technical background in software development, electrical engineering or a comparable engineering discipline.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and diverse stakeholders concurrently.
- Courage, discipline and a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Clear, decisive communication with clients, development teams and management.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
