About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You independently plan and execute consulting modules and work packages — on-site at the client or remotely — and accompany the entire process from preparation through analyses and assessments to technical consulting and successful completion.
You identify optimization potentials and develop technical and functional solution concepts with prioritized measures.
You participate in client and internal projects and support implementations, testing and acceptance activities.
You guide clients through complex issues using workshops, interviews and presentations, and confidently moderate diverse stakeholders to provide clarity and direction.
You structure complex requirements clearly using models, diagrams and concise documentation.
You translate requirements into actionable work packages and support testing and acceptance.
You create and maintain consulting artifacts such as templates, frameworks and checklists.
You identify opportunities for further development at the client and derive potential follow‑on engagements from our consulting portfolio.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have a solid understanding of industrial security requirements and ideally have experience with CRA, IEC 62443 or related standards.
You bring excellent analytical and structuring skills.
You can communicate complex content clearly, understandably and tailored to the target audience.
You act confidently in stakeholder and expectations management — from technical experts to management.
You are willing to travel internationally and comfortable working in changing client environments.
You work independently, precisely and solution‑oriented.
