About the role

  • Own the evolution of our automation framework
  • Define the end-to-end testing strategy across squads
  • Drive improvements that reduce manual effort, increase reliability, and accelerate releases
  • Collaborate with international teams and partners

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing with hands-on coding in Java.
  • Strong experience with Java, RestAssured, and JUnit or TestNG.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling automation frameworks for backend services and APIs.
  • Experience defining multi-layer testing strategies and improving CI/CD test stages.
  • Experience with non-functional testing, including performance and security.
  • Strong communication, mentoring, and technical leadership skills.
  • Advanced English.
  • Resides in Argentina or Uruguay.
