About the role
- Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and Angular
- Develop and enhance data-driven features that improve how users explore and interact with information
- Integrate AI tools and services into existing systems, including natural language interfaces and intelligent workflows
- Apply prompt engineering techniques to optimize AI outputs and system behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure high standards for performance, reliability, security, and maintainability
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Java in production environments
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building applications with Angular
- Recent, active development experience within the last 6 months
- Experience integrating AI tools or platforms into real-world applications
- Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and best practices
- Experience working with APIs, data-intensive systems, and complex workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguity
- Clear and thoughtful communicator who values transparency and collaboration
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn, especially in evolving AI technologies
- Self-driven, accountable, and adaptable in fast-moving environments
