Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience

  • Recent, active development experience within the last 6 months
  • Experience integrating AI tools or platforms into real-world applications
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and best practices
  • Experience working with APIs, data-intensive systems, and complex workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working with ambiguity
  • Clear and thoughtful communicator who values transparency and collaboration
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn, especially in evolving AI technologies
  • Self-driven, accountable, and adaptable in fast-moving environments
