- Act as a trusted technical advisor in client conversations
- Support pre-sales by shaping solutions, proposals, and technical approaches
- Work closely with Sales & Account teams to win projects and ensure delivery success
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical strategies
- Ensure teams are well-structured and ready to scale with client demands
- Build & Grow High-Performing Teams
- Partner with Talent teams to attract, hire, and onboard top engineering talent
- Mentor and coach engineers toward senior and leadership growth
- Maintain a high bar through hands-on involvement in interviews and assessments
- Foster a strong engineering culture across teams and locations

What you’ll need

- Minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a management team.
- Experience in Software Architecture and Design.
- Full proficiency with at least one back-end framework (Node.js, Python) and one front-end framework (React.js).
- Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with Extreme Programming methodologies such as Test Driven Development, Refactoring, and Continuous Integration.
**Nice to Have**
- Experience with the latest AI & ML development, such as LLM, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and vector DB, is a plus.
- Experience in secure systems, coding practices & related tools.
- Experience with managing clients.
- Experience in pre-sales client prospecting is a plus.
