About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Advise clients and shape projects.
Work as a consultant on software and AI projects with our clients.
Support the design and implementation of modern software solutions.
Contribute your experience in architecture, development, and consulting topics.
Help our clients meaningfully integrate new technologies and AI into their organizations.
Support and develop people.
Take disciplinary responsibility for approximately 10 consultants.
Support your employees in their professional and personal development and conduct feedback and development conversations.
Serve as the point of contact for organizational and personnel matters.
Assist with staffing and project planning.
Work closely with technical leads and project managers.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience as an IT consultant, architect, or in a comparable role.
Experience in consulting and implementing IT projects.
Project experience in the AI domain, ideally in retail or insurance.
Initial leadership experience: the role combines client work, employee development, and organizational responsibility.
Enjoy bringing different interests together, providing orientation, and communicating decisions transparently and understandably.
A structured and respectful working style.
Very good German language skills.
