About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You design, build, and continuously develop reliable data platforms and architectures that support analytics and data intelligence.
- You confidently navigate a wide range of tools and methodologies related to data architectures and help our clients find the right solution—on-premises or in the cloud.
- You ensure consistent data integration and smooth data flow across systems, with a strong focus on data quality and accessibility.
- You establish DataOps practices and observability to ensure data accuracy, discoverability, and reliability.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have solid knowledge of modern data architectures, platforms, technologies, and paradigms.
- Professional software development experience and the use of cloud services are second nature to you.
- You have hands-on experience with SaaS offerings such as Databricks or Snowflake.
- You have worked in data engineering for several years, ideally including some years in technical leadership roles.
- You possess excellent analytical skills and can communicate complex technical topics clearly—even to non-technical stakeholders.
- You are as comfortable in the technical engine room as you are in conversations with senior leadership.
