Key responsibilities & impact

Design architectures: Use your expertise in the data domain to design and build scalable architectures, platforms and data pipelines in client projects.
Prepare and provide data: Ingest external data sources, transform data and expose it to stakeholders via APIs—ensuring high data quality and up-to-date information.
Develop solutions: After a comprehensive analysis of customer requirements, design and implement tailored custom software and provide clear, traceable documentation.
Ensure quality: Keep software quality front of mind using methods such as Test-Driven Development, Pair Programming, and architecture and code reviews.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have experience in the data domain with cloud providers AWS, GCP or Azure and are well versed in one or more of the following areas: Data Warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake or Redshift), pipelines (e.g., AWS Glue, dbt or Databricks), database technologies (e.g., SQL or NoSQL) or orchestration (e.g., Argo Workflows or Airflow).
You enjoy working with SQL and Python, understand the difference between ETL and ELT, and have initial experience with Machine Learning in production.
Ability to work independently and in a structured manner, and enthusiasm for evaluating new topics and applying them sensibly for clients.
Strong communication skills and business-fluent German.
Willingness to accompany clients on-site during key project phases and meetings.
