Provide technical leadership for development teams and software projects
Define, document, and validate logical and implementable architectures
Propose technical solutions aligned with business needs
Develop high-complexity features
Support testing and quality strategies in collaboration with the QA team
Perform code reviews, ensuring best practices and design patterns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Software Technical Lead
Strong hands-on experience with React Native, Expo, and Node.js development
Experience with mobile and backend application architecture
Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)
Experience working in DevOps-oriented environments
Proficient with Git and tools for version control and code quality
