Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or higher in a human services or related field
Preference given to individuals with North Carolina Peer Support Specialist certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience
Knowledge of recovery, harm reduction, and wellness-based concepts
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and similar platforms
Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and remote collaboration tools (i.e., Teams, Zoom, etc.)
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
