About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Carry out mechanical, electrical & hydraulic maintenance on wind turbines
Support special projects including major component exchange, retrofits, and upgrades
Diagnose and troubleshoot turbine faults and performance issues
Perform inspections and corrective actions in line with OEM standards
Complete detailed service reports and documentation
Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with company procedures
Travel extensively throughout the UK as required
Support site mobilisation and project delivery activities
Work effectively within small specialist teams under varying site conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a Wind Turbine Technician
Strong mechanical, electrical & hydraulic background
Valid GWO certificates (Working at Heights, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness, First Aid)
Full UK driving licence
Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
Flexible and professional attitude
Ability to work at height and in challenging weather conditions
