About the role

  • Handle a wide range of tasks with interfaces to Human Resources, Accounting & Finance, Office Management and Executive Assistance
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Support management with organizational matters
  • Act as the central point of contact for internal and external partners
  • Draft employment contracts, references and certificates
  • Coordinate and manage hires and terminations (onboarding/offboarding)
  • Organize and support recruitment processes, including scheduling
  • Maintain and update employee master data in the HR system
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
  • Collaborate with the tax advisor and assist during audits
  • Schedule appointments, plan travel and handle expense reports
  • Communicate with internal departments and external business partners

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Law, Human Resources or a related field
  • Good Google Workspace or MS Office skills, especially Google Sheets (MS Excel) and Google Docs (MS Word)
  • Structured and meticulous working style and a good numerical aptitude
  • Reliability, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Organizational talent and enjoyment in managing multiple tasks in parallel
  • High degree of initiative and willingness to learn
  • Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
  • Good English skills, confident in speaking and writing
  • Nice to have: Initial practical experience through internships or student jobs in HR, accounting, assistant roles or office management
  • Some experience with HR or accounting software (e.g., Personio, DATEV)
  • Interest in labor law or business administration topics
