About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design campaign visuals: ads, social, launches — from concept through finished assets
- Bring editorial design sensibility to our owned channels: email/welcome series, blog, campaign imagery
- Develop visual systems that are expressive rather than corporate
- Partner with marketing on what earned and owned should look and feel like
- Collaborate async with a small, fast-moving team
Requirements
What you’ll need- You're a senior IC — roughly 5–8 years in — with a portfolio of expressive, culturally fluent graphic design: editorial, campaigns, identities across print and digital
- Typography and composition are your first language
- You can direct as well as execute: you've shaped campaigns, not just produced assets for them
- You're plugged into visual culture across art, fashion, publishing, music, and the internet
- You work well remotely and independently
