About the role
- You will receive training in SAP HCM/SF and have the opportunity to gain comprehensive practical experience.
- You will build up a good network within the company and acquire the necessary skills for consulting.
- You will participate in customer projects and receive module training in SAP with final certification.
- You will work on your consulting skills and get to know the SAP product portfolio.
- You will work on the technical implementation of our customer requirements in SAP standard customizing.
- You will assist in the development of customer-specific enhancements.
- You will be trained in technical project responsibility in consulting and meetings.
- You will carry out implementation, optimization, and release change projects.
Requirements
- A degree in economics, computer science, business informatics, or a similar field
- A good understanding of business processes and an interest in learning about new topics
- Basic knowledge of SAP development (ABAP) and SAP HCM/ SuccessFactors is an advantage
- High level of initiative, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to take on responsibility for complex tasks
- Willingness to travel for on-site customer appointments
- Fluent knowledge of German and English
