About the role

  • You will receive training in SAP HCM/SF and have the opportunity to gain comprehensive practical experience.
  • You will build up a good network within the company and acquire the necessary skills for consulting.
  • You will participate in customer projects and receive module training in SAP with final certification.
  • You will work on your consulting skills and get to know the SAP product portfolio.
  • You will work on the technical implementation of our customer requirements in SAP standard customizing.
  • You will assist in the development of customer-specific enhancements.
  • You will be trained in technical project responsibility in consulting and meetings.
  • You will carry out implementation, optimization, and release change projects.

Requirements

  • A degree in economics, computer science, business informatics, or a similar field
  • A good understanding of business processes and an interest in learning about new topics
  • Basic knowledge of SAP development (ABAP) and SAP HCM/ SuccessFactors is an advantage
  • High level of initiative, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
  • Willingness to take on responsibility for complex tasks
  • Willingness to travel for on-site customer appointments
  • Fluent knowledge of German and English
