About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Performs activities related to the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the Compliance and Integrity Program;
  • Carries out operational activities related to the handling of reports received through the Transparency Channel (whistleblowing channel);
  • Supports the conduct of analyses and investigations related to potential violations of the Code of Conduct and other institutional policies;
  • Performs integrity analyses related to third parties, partners and other stakeholders;
  • Assists in monitoring legal, regulatory and normative requirements applicable to compliance activities;
  • Prepares reports, operational controls and metrics related to the activities carried out by the area;
  • Participates in the implementation of awareness and training actions related to ethics, integrity and compliance;
  • Provides guidance to business units on matters related to the application of the policies and instruments of the Compliance Program;
  • Supports initiatives related to the promotion of integrity in the organization’s scientific, institutional and strategic relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law or related fields;
  • Experience with: Compliance and Integrity Program;
  • Management of the Transparency Channel (whistleblowing channel); corporate investigations;
  • Digital forensic investigation tools and techniques;
  • Due diligence and integrity background checks;
  • Management of policies and regulatory requirements;
  • Conflict of interest management;
  • Preparation of technical reports and performance indicators;
  • Training and awareness techniques.
  • Knowledge of: ISO 37301 – Compliance Management System; ISO 37001 – Anti-Bribery Management System;
  • Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law (Law No. 12,846/2013) and Decree No. 11,129/2022;
  • Microsoft Office;
  • Data analysis tools (Power BI or similar).
  • Desired: Anti-Corruption Compliance and/or Internal Investigations; ISO 37001 and/or ISO 37301.
  • Intermediate English.
