About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Improve the skills of an individual seeking an Information Security (InfoSec) profession
- Join the Information Security team and have the unique experience of being exposed to the various functions of the InfoSec and Information Technology departments
- Build working relationships across the bank and grow their skills and knowledge
- Assigned projects will enable you to demonstrate your abilities and provide you with insight into specific areas such as vendor due diligence controls, disaster recovery documentation, and application controls testing
- Assist in the support of InfoSec initiatives including but not limited to development of security awareness and phishing training materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret documents
- Possesses professional communication and interpersonal skills to write and speak effectively both one-on-one and before groups of clients or employees of the organization
- Ability to communicate to clients directly and effectively
- Ability to use telephone systems and possess good computer skills including email, internet, and intranet use
- Prior experience or the ability to learn core transaction system, debit card system, statement processing system, cash advance machines and any other computer programs pertinent to performing job duties
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to solve challenging problems involving several variables in a standardized situation
