Sales Manager – Industrial Hot Air & Infrared Technology

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technical and commercial support and consulting for customers from industry and trade in postal code areas 7 and 8
- Expand relationships with established customers and acquire new customers
- Identify customer needs, present and sell complex products, particularly in the area of process heat
- Responsible for preparing quotations and negotiating them through to contract conclusion
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience and actively contribute to the development of new regional sales strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Technical background, e.g. a completed technical apprenticeship or a degree, ideally in electrical engineering or thermal engineering
- Several years of professional experience in sales or selling technically demanding products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong negotiation, decision-making and persuasion skills
- Strategic thinking, an independent working style, commitment and attention to detail
- Willingness to travel within the sales territory – multi-day overnight stays per week are to be expected
