About the role
- Planning of complex new-builds and extensions as well as renovation and modernization projects (preliminary, schematic and construction design including cost estimation)
- Coordination, management, supervision and commissioning of external planning and engineering firms
- Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines while taking budget and market conditions into account
- Managing internal and external stakeholders and implementing contractual agreements
- Participation in goal setting and decision-making on behalf of the client
- Negotiations with project stakeholders and preparation and conclusion of planning, construction and service contracts
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable technical construction qualification with relevant further training
- Several years of professional experience in project and/or construction management
- Competence in planning (planning law, building permits) and coordination of project stakeholders
- Experience ensuring and complying with legal obligations, regulatory requirements and technical standards
- Good knowledge of tendering and awarding construction and planning services (VOB, VgV) and knowledge of HOAI
- Ideally, discipline-specific CAD skills and experience with AVA software, as well as basic BIM knowledge
- Confident user of common MS Office applications
- Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, a high level of reliability and excellent organizational and team skills
- Business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
