About the role

  • Planning of complex new-builds and extensions as well as renovation and modernization projects (preliminary, schematic and construction design including cost estimation)
  • Coordination, management, supervision and commissioning of external planning and engineering firms
  • Ensuring quality, costs and deadlines while taking budget and market conditions into account
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders and implementing contractual agreements
  • Participation in goal setting and decision-making on behalf of the client
  • Negotiations with project stakeholders and preparation and conclusion of planning, construction and service contracts

Requirements

  • Degree in civil engineering or architecture, or a comparable technical construction qualification with relevant further training
  • Several years of professional experience in project and/or construction management
  • Competence in planning (planning law, building permits) and coordination of project stakeholders
  • Experience ensuring and complying with legal obligations, regulatory requirements and technical standards
  • Good knowledge of tendering and awarding construction and planning services (VOB, VgV) and knowledge of HOAI
  • Ideally, discipline-specific CAD skills and experience with AVA software, as well as basic BIM knowledge
  • Confident user of common MS Office applications
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills, a high level of reliability and excellent organizational and team skills
  • Business-fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
