About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Daily review of publications in the Federal Official Gazette (Diário Oficial da União)
  • Drafting and sending communications to clients
  • Monitoring administrative and judicial proceedings
  • Tracking and monitoring dockets, meetings, assignment draws for rapporteurship, and updates on the ANVISA portal
  • Drafting procedural filings for both administrative and judicial matters
  • Conducting legal research
  • Preparing reports.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active membership in the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
  • Intermediate English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in administrative-regulatory law, preferably in health/sanitary regulation
  • Knowledge of and interest in Life Sciences topics, particularly ANVISA's activities and competencies.
