About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drafting legal opinions in the area of corporate contracts and real estate;
Conducting legal doctrine and case law research;
Reviewing contracts and documents to support legal strategies;
Supporting real estate transactions (acquisition, disposition, leasing and property development, among others);
Supporting real estate due diligence, including analysis of property registrations (matrículas), chain of title, encumbrances, and urban planning and environmental compliance;
Managing deadlines, controlling document workflow and tracking transaction timelines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active membership with the OAB/RJ (Rio de Janeiro Bar Association)
2–3 years since graduating with a Law degree
Previous experience at a law firm, with a focus on contracts and real estate
Proactive attitude
Organized and detail-oriented
Strong oral and written communication skills, with clarity and concision
Postgraduate degree in Commercial Contracts and Real Estate and/or related areas
