About the role

  • Drafting legal opinions in the area of corporate contracts and real estate;
  • Conducting legal doctrine and case law research;
  • Reviewing contracts and documents to support legal strategies;
  • Supporting real estate transactions (acquisition, disposition, leasing and property development, among others);
  • Supporting real estate due diligence, including analysis of property registrations (matrículas), chain of title, encumbrances, and urban planning and environmental compliance;
  • Managing deadlines, controlling document workflow and tracking transaction timelines.

Requirements

  • Active membership with the OAB/RJ (Rio de Janeiro Bar Association)
  • 2–3 years since graduating with a Law degree
  • Previous experience at a law firm, with a focus on contracts and real estate
  • Proactive attitude
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with clarity and concision
  • Postgraduate degree in Commercial Contracts and Real Estate and/or related areas
