About the role
- Drafting legal opinions in corporate contracts and real estate law;
- Conducting legal doctrine and case law research;
- Reviewing contracts and documents to support legal strategies;
- Supporting real estate transactions (acquisition, disposition, leasing and development/incorporation, among others);
- Assisting with real estate due diligence, including title searches, chain of ownership, encumbrances, zoning and environmental compliance;
- Managing deadlines, controlling document flow and monitoring transaction timelines.
Requirements
- Active OAB/RJ bar registration
- 2–3 years since graduating with a law degree
- Previous experience at a law firm and in contracts and real estate practice
- Proactive attitude
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clarity and objectivity
- Postgraduate degree in Commercial Contracts and Real Estate and/or related fields
