About the role

  • Daily review of publications in the Federal Official Gazette (Diário Oficial da União)
  • Drafting and sending communications to clients
  • Monitoring administrative and judicial proceedings
  • Tracking and monitoring agendas, meetings, assignment draws for rapporteurs, and updates on ANVISA's portal
  • Preparation of procedural documents for both administrative and judicial proceedings
  • Conducting legal research
  • Preparing reports

Requirements

  • Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
  • Intermediate proficiency in English
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in administrative-regulatory law, especially in health/sanitary regulation
  • Familiarity with and interest in Life Sciences-related matters, particularly the activities and competencies of ANVISA
