About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Daily review of publications in the Federal Official Gazette (Diário Oficial da União)
- Drafting and sending communications to clients
- Monitoring administrative and judicial proceedings
- Tracking and monitoring agendas, meetings, assignment draws for rapporteurs, and updates on ANVISA's portal
- Preparation of procedural documents for both administrative and judicial proceedings
- Conducting legal research
- Preparing reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)
- Intermediate proficiency in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Previous experience in administrative-regulatory law, especially in health/sanitary regulation
- Familiarity with and interest in Life Sciences-related matters, particularly the activities and competencies of ANVISA
