About the role
- Oversee customer installation projects from order receipt through final completion.
- Ensure accurate room drawings, coordinated communication, and timely execution.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Service Operations Managers, and customers to maintain project alignment and ensure all requirements are met.
- Maintain documentation, updates project guidelines, and provides consistent communication across internal teams to support successful installations.
- Manage all project workflows in accordance with CMS Imaging’s project management guidelines.
- Coordinate room drawings, approvals, and final documentation.
- Serve as the primary communication link between customers, Sales, and Service Operations.
- Conduct project kickoff calls and manage project handoffs.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, guidelines, and checklists.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
- Project management training or certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) preferred.
- Technical training or familiarity with imaging equipment or room drawings preferred.
- Experience in project coordination or project management within a technical, service, or installation based environment.
- Experience working cross functionally with Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
- Customer facing communication experience required.
- Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate room drawings.
- Proficiency with project management software and documentation systems.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms.
- Ability to learn CMS Imaging systems and workflows.
