About the role

  • Oversee customer installation projects from order receipt through final completion.
  • Ensure accurate room drawings, coordinated communication, and timely execution.
  • Work closely with Account Managers, Service Operations Managers, and customers to maintain project alignment and ensure all requirements are met.
  • Maintain documentation, updates project guidelines, and provides consistent communication across internal teams to support successful installations.
  • Manage all project workflows in accordance with CMS Imaging’s project management guidelines.
  • Coordinate room drawings, approvals, and final documentation.
  • Serve as the primary communication link between customers, Sales, and Service Operations.
  • Conduct project kickoff calls and manage project handoffs.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, guidelines, and checklists.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Project management training or certification (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Technical training or familiarity with imaging equipment or room drawings preferred.
  • Experience in project coordination or project management within a technical, service, or installation based environment.
  • Experience working cross functionally with Sales, Service, and Operations teams.
  • Customer facing communication experience required.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate room drawings.
  • Proficiency with project management software and documentation systems.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and communication platforms.
  • Ability to learn CMS Imaging systems and workflows.
