About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You create social-first content that makes brands visible clearly, quickly and with high quality
- Design and adaptation of social-first assets: feed posts, carousels, Stories, LinkedIn creatives and digital campaign components
- Translating campaigns into social assets: turning key visuals and messages into platform-appropriate, high-performing formats
- Developing format and series building blocks — recognizable modules instead of reinventing the wheel every time
- Trend and format research with concise summaries
- Preparing proactive recommendations that can be used in client-facing discussions
- Close collaboration with account management, copy, creative, photo studio and performance marketing teams, from briefing through delivery
- Quality assurance: smartphone readability, format checks, safe areas, variants and final delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or degree in design, communications, media design or a related field, or a portfolio that convinces us
- Initial experience in an agency, studio or in-house team — internships or working-student positions count; ideally with digital content and social assets
- Strong sense for layout, typography, imagery and brand consistency, even under time pressure
- Good understanding of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), formats, trends, hook mechanics, readability and safe areas
- Confident use of common tools such as Figma and/or Adobe (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Structured, reliable working style, experience with versioning, clean handovers and quality checks prior to delivery
- Motivation to not only consume trends but to translate them into brand-appropriate ideas and assets
- Strong communication skills and team spirit — you can explain your ideas concisely and implement feedback quickly
- Experience with AI tools and interest in applying them to support creative workflows (e.g., idea generation, copy and variant inputs)
- Very good German language skills; English skills are an advantage
