Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Execute strategic outbound calls to donors to express gratitude, report on mission milestones, and offer intercessory prayer, fostering a deep sense of community and partnership
  • Orchestrate email and SMS outreach, including the setup, scheduling, and management of automated follow-up sequences to ensure consistent donor engagement
  • Write personalized and thoughtful letters for donors to be sent via snail mail
  • Maintain and publish project progress reports to keep donors informed via the website and other relevant communication streams
  • Manage and respond to inquiries across various platforms, including email and social media, ensuring all correspondence is professional, timely, and mission-aligned
  • Maintain the integrity of the donor database by performing regular CRM data hygiene, ensuring all donor records, contact histories, and preferences are accurate and up-to-date
  • Conduct donor engagement activities during optimal windows across U.S. time zones to ensure high connectivity and respectful outreach
  • Utilize English and Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with a diverse donor base (as applicable)
  • Conduct donor surveys. Then, provide ongoing insights and performance reports by analyzing donor response on surveys, trends and engagement analytics to optimize outreach strategies
  • Provide versatile secretarial and administrative assistance as needed to support departmental operations and ensure organizational efficiency
