About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Communicate surveillance analyses and findings to department management and to other members of the department
Conduct investigations in connection with compliance monitoring
Develop a sound understanding of surveillance and product rules
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills
Monitor market participation, deliveries, news and economic performance of assigned products
Prepare written reports that are reviewed by management staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years experience working for an exchange, a regulatory organization, a Dealer (BD), a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM) or similar organization
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to research, schedule, analyze and present findings
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work both independently as well as in a small-team environment with minimal supervision
MS Office: Intermediate to advanced MS Word, MS Excel
Working knowledge of various proprietary Market Regulation systems, preferred
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an analytical field
