About the role

Requirements

  • Practical experience over purely academic background: A degree is not required — what matters is that you’ve independently made technology decisions and delivered projects using two to three programming languages.
  • Technical expertise & decisiveness: You can understand, structure, and implement complex technical concepts and have the ability to independently learn new topics while keeping an overview.
  • Communication skills: You can communicate confidently in both German and English in technical discussions and represent yourself clearly in team and client interactions.
  • Analytical and solution‑oriented thinking: You are passionate about innovative technologies and able to apply them purposefully in consulting and development processes.
