Requirements

  • Practical experience over purely academic background: A degree is not required — what matters is that you have independently made technology decisions and delivered projects using two to three programming languages.
  • You can understand, structure, and implement complex technical concepts.
  • You have the ability to independently learn new topics while maintaining an overarching view.
  • You can communicate confidently in both German and English in technical discussions and represent yourself clearly in team and client interactions.
  • You are enthusiastic about innovative technologies and able to apply them purposefully in consulting and development processes.
