NixOS: You bring extensive knowledge of NixOS, especially in system-wide configuration management and declarative infrastructure.
Terranix: You use Terranix to combine NixOS with Terraform and to extend and automate Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) approaches.
Colmena: You can use Colmena efficiently to orchestrate cluster deployments and roll out configuration changes safely and in a coordinated manner.

Requirements

Practical experience over a purely academic background: A university degree is not required — what matters is that you have independently made technology decisions and delivered projects.
Technical expertise & decisiveness: You can understand, structure, and implement complex technical concepts.
Communication skills: You can communicate confidently in technical discussions in German and English and represent yourself clearly and confidently in both languages — with teammates and clients.
Analytical and solution-oriented mindset: You are passionate about innovative technologies and can apply them purposefully in consulting and development processes.
