Sales Representative – Escape Games, Leisure Industry

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You handle customer acquisition in the German-speaking market by phone and through online demos.
- You proactively call potential new customers and present our product (explain, advise, and persuade).
- You process incoming inquiries from our marketing campaigns.
- You accompany your customers from the first conversation through contract signing and beyond.
- You work closely with the small, hands-on Cluetivity team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some initial experience in sales or customer-facing roles — whether field sales, inside sales, or telephone sales.
- You are communicative, persistent, and don’t take the first “no” as final.
- Interest in games, leisure, or tourism is a plus.
- Native-level German (required); English for internal communication.
- Independent working style: you organize your own day and are goal-oriented.
