About the role
- Own creative strategy for paid user acquisition: Set the creative direction for Clue’s paid social growth, translating acquisition goals into clear creative angles, hypotheses, and testing priorities across platforms.
- Build and evolve a creative experimentation system: Design a structured, repeatable approach to creative testing and iteration, enabling fast learning, clear decision-making, and scalable wins across markets.
- Turn performance data into creative decisions: Work closely with Growth and Performance Marketing to interpret results and identify what drives impact.
- Lead creator- and UGC-driven performance formats: Define how creator content fits into a broader performance creative mix. Focus on micro-creators, nano-creators, UGC, and ambassador-style programs.
- Partner cross-functionally to ship trusted creative: Collaborate closely with Science, Legal, and Brand to ensure all creative, especially health-related and creator-led content, is compliant, evidence-based, and aligned with Clue’s values.
- Shape creative output from brief to execution: Write and review creative briefs and scripts, oversee concept development, and give clear, actionable feedback to creators, freelancers, and production partners to ensure quality and consistency.
- Be the platform expert for performance & creative: Develop deep knowledge of what works creatively on each channel, from Meta statics and video to TikTok-native storytelling, including how to navigate category restrictions and platform limitations.
- Systematise learning and creative production: Document insights, refine frameworks, and improve processes so creative production becomes faster, more informed, and easier to scale over time.
- Explore and test a wide range of formats, including non-creator approaches such as animation or data-led storytelling.
