About the role
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality requirements for upcoming features and releases.
- Manage and prioritize reported issues, working closely with development teams to resolve critical bugs.
- Mentor junior QA team members, sharing best practices, automation techniques, and troubleshooting strategies.
- Serve as a primary QA point of contact within cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of QA experience in game testing — ideally within the poker, real-money gaming, or social casino industry.
- Strong understanding of poker fundamentals (e.g., hand rankings, gameplay flow, table dynamics, tournaments).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a player-first mindset.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality products in Agile environments, especially for gaming or interactive entertainment applications.
