Requirements

What you’ll need

Advanced degree in a quantitative field: Master’s plus 3–4 years of experience or Ph.D. plus 2+ years of experience
Strong foundation in probability, statistics, and machine learning
Proficiency with SQL, Python, and relevant machine learning/statistical packages
Experience using data science to drive enterprise value in a business function
Experience leading projects and taking large-scale initiatives from concept to measurable business impact
Experience improving others’ work through mentorship, code review, and leadership by example
Ability to clearly communicate how work contributes to business goals and aligns with top-level company objectives
