Key responsibilities & impact- Drive Day-to-Day Execution: Support high-priority initiatives by turning strategic direction into clear workplans, timelines, decisions, and follow-through.
- Run Critical Workstreams: Own discrete parts of major cross-functional efforts, ensuring milestones are met, dependencies are managed, and progress stays visible.
- Create Operational Clarity: Build the trackers, meeting cadences, project documents, and communication rhythms that help teams execute effectively.
- Support Structured Problem Solving: Break down complex problems, synthesize inputs, and help translate high-level goals into executable next steps.
- Coordinate Across Teams: Work across functions and stakeholders to surface risks early, resolve blockers, and keep projects aligned.
- Use AI & Emerging Technology: Apply AI-powered tools and other technologies to improve execution speed, quality, and leverage across your work.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You’ve had 2–6 years of experience in management consulting, finance, or startup operations: high-performance, analytically rigorous environment.
- You are highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to keep multiple threads moving without losing the big picture.
- You know how to turn direction into action and are comfortable driving execution in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
- You are a strong written and verbal communicator who can synthesize information clearly and keep stakeholders aligned.
- You are energized by solving hard problems and helping teams make progress, even when the path is not perfectly defined.
- You have good judgment about when to push independently and when to escalate.
- You want to build as an operator by working closely with leaders on consequential company priorities.
