About the role
- Own and maintain sales reporting, dashboards, and operational playbooks as the source of truth for performance and processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights to support sales performance and decision-making.
- Drive process optimization and enablement initiatives, including onboarding, training materials, and SOPs.
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the sales team and troubleshoot reporting or workflow challenges.
- Partner with Sales leadership and collaborate cross-functionally to align systems, processes, and reporting across the sales lifecycle.
- Build scalable systems and processes that improve visibility, reduce operational friction, and support long-term growth.
Requirements
- You have 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, or a similar analytical role supporting go-to-market teams.
- You have experience working in the healthcare, Medicare, or insurance industry, or in a similarly regulated environment.
- You have advanced SQL proficiency with hands-on experience building and maintaining reporting models and queries in BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Mode).
- You have a proven track record of improving operational processes and translating data insights into measurable business impact (e.g., improving reporting accuracy, reducing manual workflows, increasing visibility into performance metrics).
- You have experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Data, or Product teams in a fast-paced environment.
- You have advanced spreadsheet skills (Excel or Google Sheets), including building scalable, multi-source reporting and dashboards.
