Own full-cycle recruiting for a subset of Clover's technology teams
Partner with hiring managers to understand role scope and business needs and build effective job descriptions, hiring/interview plans and targeted sourcing strategies
Track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with hiring teams and internal recruiting partners
Facilitate decision making and advise on roadblocks with recommended solutions to deliver top talent
Develop creative sourcing tactics to actively engage passive candidates and increase pipeline diversity
Use market intelligence and funnel metrics to inform search strategy and build trusting relationships with leaders and hiring managers
Serve as the first point of contact with prospective candidates and effectively pitch Clover and the hiring teams
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience as a technical recruiter
At least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for a variety of technical skill sets, ideally in HealthTech
Proven track record of sourcing, assessing, and pitching candidates with niche skill sets
Strong understanding of the US HealthTech space
High sense of accountability and ownership; ability to drive processes and facilitate decision making
Commitment to comprehensive search, candidate and pipeline data; experience using data to influence hiring teams and candidates
Experience leveraging Greenhouse, GEM, LinkedIn and AI tooling to develop job descriptions, hiring plans, and talent maps
