About the role

  • Administer compensation structure and job architecture.
  • Partner with HRBPs, recruiters, and managers for compensation solutions.
  • Lead planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle.
  • Lead calculation and processing of annual bonus payments.
  • Support annual and off-cycle equity grant processes.
  • Provide compensation guidance for promotions, retentions, and adjustments.
  • Conduct benchmarking and research including salary surveys.
  • Assist with U.S. and international equity plan administration.
  • Serve as primary liaison with external providers and partners.
  • Prepare E*Trade reports and perform reconciliations.
  • Administer ESPP enrollment events and maintain documentation.
  • Identify opportunities to use AI to improve efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant compensation experience (equity experience preferred).
  • Experience with stock administration and HRIS platforms (ie., E*Trade, ADP Workforce Now).
  • Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
  • Strong experience with equity administration (options, restricted shares, performance shares) and its regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Advanced level experience in Excel.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (preferred).
