About the role
- Administer compensation structure and job architecture.
- Partner with HRBPs, recruiters, and managers for compensation solutions.
- Lead planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle.
- Lead calculation and processing of annual bonus payments.
- Support annual and off-cycle equity grant processes.
- Provide compensation guidance for promotions, retentions, and adjustments.
- Conduct benchmarking and research including salary surveys.
- Assist with U.S. and international equity plan administration.
- Serve as primary liaison with external providers and partners.
- Prepare E*Trade reports and perform reconciliations.
- Administer ESPP enrollment events and maintain documentation.
- Identify opportunities to use AI to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant compensation experience (equity experience preferred).
- Experience with stock administration and HRIS platforms (ie., E*Trade, ADP Workforce Now).
- Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Strong experience with equity administration (options, restricted shares, performance shares) and its regulatory compliance requirements.
- Advanced level experience in Excel.
- Proficient in Google Suite (preferred).
