About the role

- Improve the usability and flow of our core app journeys.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, and engineers to bring ideas to life.
- Work alongside diverse professionals to ensure cohesive visual outcomes.
- Explore creative references from outside the fintech world — AI, games, culture — and bring fresh ideas into our designs.
- Use AI tools to explore, ideate, and prototype faster — treating them as creative partners, not replacements.

Requirements
- Have at least one self-initiated project that demonstrates your ability to design something from start to finish (a case study, prototype, or redesign).
- Have a solid grasp of visual and interaction design fundamentals — typography, spacing, grids, and hierarchy.
- Be eager to learn about product design in a real environment and grow with feedback.
- Be comfortable collaborating, asking for feedback, and building autonomy step by step.
- Be curious about how AI can be used as a design tool — especially in how it can amplify your process, creativity, and speed.
- Want to create fintech experiences that are simple, clear, and surprisingly fun.
