About the role
- Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare clients.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Ensure Cloudticity’s solutions meet operational and security requirements.
- Partner with Cloud Engineering to design, build, and maintain HIPAA-compliant cloud infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, vendors, and C-suite executives.
- Take ownership of tasks and projects using Cloudticity-approved tools.
- Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
- Participate in periodic on-call rotations for 24/7 support requests.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience building cloud-based infrastructure.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Healthcare industry experience preferred.
- One or more cloud certifications with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Azure Cost Management tools and best practices.
- Skilled at translating cloud infrastructure data and metrics into actionable strategies.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Expert knowledge of networking and network layer topology.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Basic understanding of server scripting: PowerShell and Bash.
- Basic understanding of DevOps methodologies, including IaC (Terraform preferred).
