What you’ll need

Qualification as an IT specialist (Fachinformatiker) or a degree in computer science, information management, or a comparable field
Initial relevant professional experience in software development
Very good German language skills at least at C1 level
Experience developing modern software solutions with programming languages such as Go or Java
Good knowledge of software architectures, design patterns, and the development of maintainable, scalable applications
Experience with container technologies (Docker & Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines; certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) are an advantage
Confident handling of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and modern development practices such as Clean Code and automated testing
Enjoy working with customers and translating requirements into practical software solutions
