About the role
- Close collaboration with development, operations and architecture
- Deliver software reliably from commit to production runtime environment
- Support stable, secure and automated operations
- Further develop our Internal Developer Platform
- Design and operate CI/CD and GitOps workflows
- Automate infrastructure and platform operations
- Operate and integrate central platform services
Requirements
- Solid technical training or a university degree
- Some to several years of hands-on experience in cloud, DevOps, or platform engineering environments
- Good knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CI/CD systems (e.g., Jenkins)
- Git-based workflows, including GitOps
- Experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g., GCP, AWS, or Azure)
- Basic knowledge of networking, TLS, DNS, and operating Linux systems
- Comfortable working in a polyglot engineering environment
- Practical experience with scripting or programming languages such as Bash, Go, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python
- Structured, eager to learn, and team-oriented
- Confident communication in German
