About the role
- Ensure our endpoints are secure, up-to-date, and optimally configured—whether laptop, smartphone, or tablet!
- Manage and secure endpoints (Windows, macOS, mobile devices) using Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Manager.
- Implement security policies for all devices.
- Deploy and maintain client applications and operating systems.
- Automate deployments (Autopilot, Intune, SCCM).
- Troubleshoot and monitor endpoint-related issues.
- Collaborate with IT security teams to enforce compliance policies.
Requirements
- Experience managing endpoints with Microsoft Intune.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Experience with Autopilot, SCCM & GPOs.
- Solid understanding of security and compliance (BitLocker, Defender, Conditional Access).
- Nice to have: Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate certification
