About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Partner with Sales teams during discovery, solution design, and technical presentations.
Gather business requirements and design scalable solution architectures.
Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
Lead customer onboarding, implementation, deployment, and user adoption.
Design and support API, Webhook, and third-party system integrations.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
Deliver customer training and recommend process improvements.
Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders to drive customer success.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–8 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solution Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Pre-Sales.
Strong expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations and solution design.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and system integrations.
Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and technical workshops.
Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and enterprise applications is preferred.
Exposure to Compliance, Risk Management, FinTech, RegTech, or Due Diligence solutions is an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
