About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Partner with Sales teams during discovery, solution design, and technical presentations.
  • Gather business requirements and design scalable solution architectures.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
  • Lead customer onboarding, implementation, deployment, and user adoption.
  • Design and support API, Webhook, and third-party system integrations.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to resolve technical challenges.
  • Deliver customer training and recommend process improvements.
  • Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders to drive customer success.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6–8 years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Solution Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or Pre-Sales.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise SaaS implementations and solution design.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, Webhooks, and system integrations.
  • Experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and technical workshops.
  • Knowledge of SQL, data mapping, and enterprise applications is preferred.
  • Exposure to Compliance, Risk Management, FinTech, RegTech, or Due Diligence solutions is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
